Dawn Midleton is a beef slaughtering & processing plant, whose product's have, in the short space of time, since the purchase of the plant in 1994, become a well respected and sought after brand due to its reputation for quality and exacting specifications. The company is approved to supply all the major retail multiples in the U.K. and also supplies high quality beef manufacturers world-wide.
The plant is An Bord Bia and EFSIS approved and has dedicated QA and QC teams who use a comprehensive HACCP System to ensure integrity and traceability from "Farm to Fork" using meticulous batch coding. Guaranteed product quality begins on the farm and Dawn Meats works closely with its chosen supplier base to meet the exacting demands of the marketplace.
Since its purchase the Dawn Group has invested heavily in the plant at Midleton, including a purpose built C.L.A.S. accredited laboratory, it now takes pride of place as one of the most technically advanced, high volume and efficient plants in the Group.
