Product design and development, coupled with modern and efficient production techniques that meet the specifications of our customers in terms of food safety and quality are the keys to our success. We have kept these core beliefs at the forefront of our strategic thinking and our emphasis on food safety ensures that the quality of our product is second to none.

We support a vibrant European farming sector, which is environmentally and commercially sustainable. We promote extensive grass based, livestock production systems, which are a key feature of the natural beef and lamb products which we produce and process. Dawn Meats Group shall continue to play its part in protecting the environment in which we operate and from which our supply of quality livestock is derived.

We are actively managing and reducing our dependence on fossil fuels, by embracing new technologies and renewable energy sources, as an integral part of our energy usage policy. We encourage minimal usage of secondary packaging materials and the utilisation of reusable packaging where practicable, in considering supply and logistics solutions with our customers and suppliers.
