The Meadow Meats EU Profile approved abattoir and boning hall is strategically located in the home of the Irish Beef cattle finishing. This coupled with the fertile Irish midlands grassland ensures there is a year round availability of premium quality beef from specialist producers.

Meadow Meats work on the premise of developing partnerships with their customers in order to ensure weekly fulfilment of orders of consistent quality.  We are participants in the An Bord Bia Quality Assurance Scheme and actively encourage farmers to participate.  The processing facility and it's systems are Higher Level EFSIS approved since 2002 and have a dedicated Quality and Technical Department to maintain our food safety standards to the highest level. 

Our enthusiastic and experienced management team have evolved over a number of years, combining hands on experience and knowledge married with the influx of young graduates who have undergone our in house training scheme.

Through consistent ordering we have built up a regular supply of quality beef from yearlong partnerships with selected farmers. We process Certified Aberdeen Angus Cattle for bone in and boneless orders sold under the Black Angus Brand. We process top grade Heifers fed on feed not containing any Genetically Modified material and this is sold under our own MP Brand.

Our dedicated team work hard to ensure that the company's products fit the customer requirement after an agreed visual and written specification has been approved.  Our products from our prime beef include high quality bone in heifer, steer and young bull quarters; value added tied joints; vacuum packed primals; PAD trimmed beef; frozen boneless beef and a wide range of fresh, frozen offals and tripes.
